Hi
I have just found a fantastic priced holiday but having spent half hour on the phone trying to book it, the company are saying the price is a mistake.
Would love to get this holiday for the price advertised - anything I can do?
Thanks to anyone who can advise??

Not sure - I found it through Icelolly but company is Yourholidays. Price is amazing but wasn't sure if I could push for it and if they have to sell it at price quoted online. Guy said it was a major mistake.0

Once you have handed over money, a contract is formed and they should sell to you at that price.
Because you haven't paid any money over, there is no contract and therefore they aren't under obligation to sell to you at that price.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Why don't you ring or call in a high street travel agent with the info and see what price they're offering it at.0
