:j Im a newbie to this site but with the simple letter template I have managed to reclaim £4441.36p credit card refund from MBNA and I am awaiting a further £1351.64p refund from MBNA for a loan although i think these figures could be wrong. Iam also trying to claim loan ppi from citifinancial but every time I ring they say we have know info yet even know my claim has been with them since November So if any one has an email address for the ceo of citi it would be much appreciated and to everyones whos claim is on hold hang in there they pay eventually!!!!!

    Looked for email,cannot find it!! the citi site is not forthcoming with this info! i wonder why mmmm.
    Someone who knows this may post so hang on in there.

    Citi Card has now been taken over by Opus Cards. I am still battling to get my refund from OPUS. As far as I am concerned if they take over a company they take over everything that comes with it!!!
