hi
i have just read all this with great interest as i am already have a shop selling fresh foods and am thinking of expanding / diversifying into a cafe in the same premises.. People often buy our produce and then sit outside in the car park and eat it - so we are thinking there would be people who would eat food in our premises if we got the necessary licences, change of use, and created a bit more of a specific menu for those wanting to eat in
I will post more later - but just wanted some recommendations of websites etc to look at to learn more about the economics of cafes.
thanks for any advice

Best to start a new thread rather than piggy backing off a thread that is over 2 months old.
If you are going to have people in AND cook hot food on the go then you will need an A3 license. Check with your lock councils planning department.Estate Agent, Web Designer & All Round Geek!0 -
