Hi, I meant ISA.
I am currently a student. This is all my savings. If things where to go bad while my savings were in northen rock would I be insured? Is there any risk in using northen rock?0 -
Are you referring to the 3-year e-ISA? If so you will lose 120 days interest for any withdrawals that you make during that time. Not a good place to put all of your savings.
Are you earning enough to pay income tax? If not then there is no advantage in having an ISA.
The FSCS will guarantee your deposit with Northern Rock up to £85,000 just as it would with any UK-registered financial institution.0 -

Lose: no longer possess, not to retain, unable to find
Loose: not firmly or tightly fixed in place0
