has it been more than 28 days since they sent dispatch email?
found this in T&Gs

1. Upon receipt of your valid application at the Freepost address, the coupons you have selected will be printed and sent to you by post to your registered address. Please allow 28 days from receipt of your application to receive your coupons.
2. Coupons will be valid for 28 days from the date of despatch to you.

if so stick with them , i had a problem with missing coupons a while back and although it took a littlewhile it was sorted and they sent me new coupons

email them and include your claim number for missing coupons, it will help them track when they were posted.

thanks, when i emailed it spat it back at me telling me to call them, but yeah i'll phhone again tomorrow!!! it was 2nd june so yeah more than 28 days, cheers MT!!

Would really appreciate it if anyone knows where i can use my sanex coupons to get deoderant at a good price? Had a look around but all i can find is the bath/shower gels prices. TIA
