Don't tell them!!! I waited til I was 5 months gone before I told anyone at work (even some great friends of mine) because I was worried about their reaction. I'd taken the job knowing I was already pregnant. Everyone was great about it when I finally told them. You have to look out for yourself, so wait for a good bit after the offer is confirmed before telling anyone at work.

    Don't say a word.

Whilst it's against the law for them to discriminate against you because you're pregnant it's not that hard for them to find "another reason" why all of a sudden you're not the most suitable candidate.

I was in a similar situation and confided in my line manager who I was also on very good/friendly terms with, making it clear I wanted to go back to work after ML but wanted to be honest with him. I took the risk of being made redundant, but felt that I would rather go having been upfront about my situation. He was so very supportive and did his absolute utmost for me, and I repaid him by going back and working for him for another two years.

It's not the same everywhere and for everyone, but I guess the moral of the story is to do what you think is right, and will allow you to sleep at night.
