Right click on “My Computer, select “Manage” select “Disk Management and see if it is there.
If it is click on it and follow the prompts. If not I haven't a clue what to do next.0 -

Have you put some files on the stick, insertedit, and then looked in My Computer? Was there an extra drive? Or isnt it seeing it?Member #8 of the SKI-ers Club

device manager
now open up 'universal serial bus controllers' is there anything there at all?, does anything have a yellow exclamation mark next to it? reason being you might have to install the usb drivers for the motherboard.0
