Sony Rdr - Hx910, making it zone free?

Hey.
I have a Sony Rdr - Hx910 dvd-player, and while on a vacation in the states I bought a lot of dvds. Of course the dvd-player doesn't play zone 1 dvds. So I'm wondering if there is anyway to hack into the dvd-player, and make it zone free?
