Paypal seller protection protects

Just thought I'd feedback about Paypal seller protection as I've had a couple of experiences.
I sell high value items on my eBay account and provide next day delivery so post the same day. I always make sure the items is fully eligible for protection before posting.
Most recently I sold a £960 item which was posted the same day. 30 mins after payment was sent Paypal automated emails kicked in and said don't post yet. Have had a few of these so just rang Paypal and they cleared it back away. You have to provide the tracking number.
A week later there was a bank reversal which made my account negative 900 quid. Rang Paypal who said it woud be protected as I have done all the bits required. Paypal cleared the payment about one week after the bank reversal.
This has happened once before where I lost the case. I rang Paypal and spoke to a manager in claims who couldn't see why this had happened and he returned my payment to them.
Obviously I crap myself when this happens but so far paypal has always come up trumps for me as a seller.
