Hi,
I have got a smart tv that connects to my laptop etc via my router. It has windows media player built in to it but when I click onto it it will only search for videos saved in the videos file on my C drive. Is there a way to redirect it to look at my f drive (external hdd) to find my videos there. My c drive is almost full so I dont want to be moving files to it. At the moment I have had to plug the hard drive intot the usb port of the tv to watch a film.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

If you go to 'manage libraries' in media player, you should be able to add a path to the external hard drive.0
