    Assuming its not the main bonding that was missing as questioined further up the thread. The fact that the sparks in question left it to the following day to come back and rectify rather implies to me that it was. However, unless the OP clarifies this issue we won't know.

    It has changed as of 1st January 2012.

    The Periodic Inspection Report is no longer and an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) is now all the rage :D
