hi all booked a flight with easyjet ,return flight ,but checking my bank as I used a maestro card found they had taken the payment twice so I checked my emails but only 1 return flight booked ,checked my booking on their web site ,only 1 return flight booked so phoned easyjet and yes they confirmed again only 1 return flight booked and they say they have only received the 1 payment.I asked if they have taken the second payment then that is an unauthorized transaction and I want the money back asap but the girl I was talking to said she could do nothing for 5 working days as this other payment was not showing on their system we then went round in circles me asking were this money was, her telling me easyjet didnt have it.Now I have phoned the bank and they tell me I have to wait to see if it was a void transaction (cant see it being that) as it would have been decliined at payment page and the confirmation came within seconds ,so were do I go from here as I seem to be going round in circles and no one wants to take the blame and I dont get paid until friday and they have cleared my account ,can some one tell me what more I can do

no, they say there is only 1 booking0

has the money actually been taken out or is it showing as unavailable.. if this is the case, then the bank can cancel the second transaction before it goes out.0
