Legal & General are Useless

Legal & General staff may be polite but they are totally and utterly useless! I have had to write numerous times because of their failings in offering any decent service - almost every request for service has gone totally wrong!
L&G staff do not seem able to comprehend that policyholders can live at different addresses! They cannot comprehend that a trust can come to and end on the appointment of beneficiaries and as for assignment of policies that seems totally beyond their understanding too. They are even incapable of simple arithmetic and the calculation of percentages!
Now that I can finally cash in my policy (without penalty) I am leaving before there are any other problems. Given what has already happened, I fully expect them to tell me that my bond is worth exactly half its real value! That is assuming, of course, they don't think the Bond is still in trust and refuse to pay me at all!
I will keep you posted!
