It is a very large shop covering 2 floors...but you think someone would pick the phone up. Here is the phone number for Eldon Square, Newcastle branch 0191 255 4490 see if they have it or if they have another phone number for the Metro Centre as you cannot get through. They might even be able to look it up and find out if any stock exists in any branch - they do this for customers at Next.
Sorry, I am not much help but Eldon Square is a 50 minute bus journey for me and Metro Centre even further.
When do you need it for ?

I've found one for you if you want it, wasn't on the rails with the sale stuff but was still on the normal accessories stands. Still scanned at sale price though!! Only popped in on the off chance after seeing your post when I went to get my food shopping this morning and luck was on my side for once

I guess you can just thank the inept staff in my local store for not marking it up as a sale item and not putting it with the sale stuff!! It was right at the back behind a lot of others on the stand!

Glad you got one...I checked the Belfast and Carrickfergus stores today and they didn't have one..
