Moved in January, still no bills!

I moved into my new house on 28th January. I discovered the supplier was NPower for dual fuel, wanted to stay with EDF but they messed up my changeover (didn't ring back when supposed to). So I told NPower I would stay with them and gave my meter readings. The agent said "Don't expect a bill at the time you would normally have been billed by EDF...we have our own cycle.

But to this day I've had no bills at all. I have been saving up for when it happens but beginning to lose patience!

Why not ring them and ask for a bill. Also its good idea to always monitor your usage

I would email them rather than phone. Then you have some record of the contact.

    Hi,

Npower bill most on their tariffs every six months, but billing cycles can be different for different properties. You may have joined on the cusp of one billing period, so may not receive a bill until late July / early August. A bit of a pain in some respects, as it's hard to get interim bills from them showing the state of your account and usage.

    I hope this helps :)
