impossible to solve problem

I run tournaments for a minority sport and need a system that will take in the number of people who turn up and produce a set of fixtures for the tournament. 2 IT experts have tried and failed to find an IT solution so we still do it manually. One charged me money but refunded it when he couldn't do it.

nothings inpossible especially this, id look at the free options above, but if you wanted a bespoke system youd need to contact a web developer. I guess the IT experts don't do fully fledged websites?

OP doesn't mention the internet.

Therefore this could be done with a Excel spreadsheet or an Access database.

Anyway, it is not more exciting having an open draw with a lot of bits of scrunched up paper. !!!

Could create something like this in excel in 30 minutes, a couple of hours if you want it to look REALLY good.

Hardly "experts" you've been using!
