Terms and Conditions

1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, easyJet Airline Company Limited, The Metro, London Evening Standard, Traveller’s Club their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
3. Entrants must be over 18 years old to take part and be awarded the prize.

7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following prize: 1 x two-night stay at The Bonham, Edinburgh (valid from Sunday to Friday until 30th November), for two adults on a bed and breakfast basis with dinner on one evening (3-course meal from the Market Menu plus a bottle of house wine). Prize also includes 2 x adult 1-day Edinburgh Passes; 1 x 3-course evening meal at Oloroso from the Table d'hôte menu, plus a bottle of Voga Pinot Grigio and 2 adult return flights to Edinburgh Airport from any eligible UK airport.
8. Prize also includes £200 spending money and £150 maximum travel allowance. Travel allowance will be paid once the prizewinner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion and will be to a maximum of £150 in total.
9. The prize does not include any travel insurance and must be taken in full by 30.11.11.
10. The 2 x adult easyJet return flights are subject to availability, inclusive of all taxes and charges, are not valid on Bank Holidays and must be booked 3 weeks prior to departure. One piece of hold package is included per passenger, per sector up to a max weight of 20kg per bag. Additional baggage will be charged for at the then prevailing rates.
11. All elements of prize package are non-transferrable, are subject to date availability, subject to change, are weather dependant and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions. Date exclusions apply.
12. The prize is as stated, is non-transferrable and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
13. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received on 15.08.11 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn.
15. Prizewinner will not be required to participate in publicity.
16. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry does not constitute proof of delivery.
