A - start a book and note down everything you sign for and which company it is for with date etc.
A - I will definitely start that with immediate effect.

Keep a column spare for noting who collects it ;)
I'd tell Miss Gobsh1te to bog off personally

Thank you for your concern. You come across as such a kind hearted girl.

And as the poster below has said, I haven't mentioned any names. Not even the City I work in, so you need not worry.

I don't know a great deal about employment law, but I know enough to know I would NOT be up for a disciplinary for posting annonymously on a forum about a problem at work and asking for constructive advice.

Err - yes you did post you worked in a large city in the Midlands!

As an aside and not reading the rest of this post it sounds as if you're a bit bored in this role, maybe consider training more for the PA role which you do "on the side". You could maybe get a better paid PA role in the future.

Also, re you getting another job (and now having read the thread through) - it does seem that you're an employee who shows initiative, learns quickly, very literate etc - all qualities which can be built on.

I read your reply on the previous page about applying for other jobs - good luck with that, hard job market but got to try.

I would point out though - maybe it is best NOT to jump to conclusions in the future about people thinking you've stolen something or not, whether this is true or not. Just accept that sometimes, people who are either ultra picky etc will always be like that, ready to pounce and accuse. All you need to do is state the facts, honestly and you should be believed.

what are you worrying for you have not acted wrongly here, let the women moan and take no notice of her.

The woman has no right to moan at you as the above poster said you are completely in the right...fair enough people do get personal things sent to work but you go and make sure the people who sign for it know who you are .....she has a nerve complaining about you......You're good though I would've been replying so that her and your boss could see with something along the lines of.....

Next time you get a parcel sent could you ask ASOS to make sure they address it to your name and the company.... ha ha then they'll know she's being an idiot complaining about her personal parcel...
    A lot of fellows nowadays have a B.A., M.D., or Ph.D. Unfortunately, they don't have a J.O.B."
