I've checked out JTL. Complaints about them are a matter for the Department of Employment and Learning in my opinion and Jetta could start there. This website may be useful. http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Employment/index.htm I can't find the direct link to DEL's website because I'm in a different region and it's just showing my local one.
The matter is both a Welsh Assembly and a UK National matter in my opinion.0
