Competition Terms

1. Promotion open to residents of the UK, CI & IoM aged 18 years or over, except employees and their immediate families of Ginsters, its agencies or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. Entries have to be made online at https://www.ginsters.co.uk/baraquestionnaire.
3. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete entries. No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
4. Entries are limited to one entry per person. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule, for example by the use of “brute force” or “script” or any other automated means, that person’s entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
5. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision.
6. There is one prize of £100 in gift vouchers.
7. The draw will close at midnight on 15th July 2011.
8. Winner will be drawn on the 29th July and notified by email within 7 days of the draw taking place.
9. Allow 30 days for delivery of prize.
10. No cash alternative to stated prize in whole or in part.
11. Details of winner’s name and county will be uploaded to https://www.ginsters.co.uk/baraquestionnaire 10 days after the draw for three months.
12. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
