Terms and conditions
1 The promotion is open to all residents of the UK mainland, aged 18 years or over, except BBC employees and anyone connected with the promotion. 2 The prizes are not transferable or refundable and there will be no cash alternative. 3 The closing date and time is midnight on 2nd August 2011. Entries received after that date will not be considered. Entries cannot be returned. 4 The prizes must be claimed by 31st December 2011. Prizes are available Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays, school half-terms and the festive season. All dates are subject to availability. 5 Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third-parties will not be permitted. 6 The winning entrants will be the first correct entries drawn at random after the closing time. 7 The first prize is at Excelsior Hotel Ernst in Cologne, Germany. The second prize is at Fishmore Hall, Shropshire, and the third prize will be at the Feversham Arms Hotel & Verbena Spa. All prizes include two nights’ accommodation, breakfast and dinner for two on both nights. Drinks are not included in the prize. The two nights’ accommodation must be taken consecutively. Use of the spa at The Feversham Arms Hotel is limited to one day. The first prize winner will receive return flights and transfers from East Midlands Airport to Cologne airport, supplied by bmibaby. Travel within the UK is not included. 8 The winners will be notified within 14 days of the close of the promotion by post/telephone/email. The name and county of residence of the winners may be obtained by sending a SAE to BBC Magazines within two months of the closing date of the promotion. 9. Entrants must supply BBCM with their full name, postal address and daytime telephone number. BBC Magazines, publisher of Homes & Antiques, and BBC Worldwide would like to keep you informed of special offers and promotions.
