All ready for Christmas? I hope you are not one of the mad lot running around the shops like a headless chicken

I need to go to the butcher's to pick up my order today. It will be paid from the joint account so not 'my' spending a such. Fancy a coffee out though today so I will be reporting some spending!

Hi, I have spent £41.33 today on Meat etc for the Christmas Period. Going to stay in now for the rest of the week so that I can't spend any more! Oh well, at least we will eat well!

I'll be going to the farm shop and Tescos today, need to get my meat order and collect my sons glasses which I have already paid for (extra on top of nhs voucher) hopefully they will repair my other sons specs free as the nose piece is off again!! I have another few items to pick up from Tescos if I can brave the queues, but all from grocery budget (Which I am doing well with) So that lot won't count for todays spending.

What might cost me has 4 legs, I might end up taking an 8 week old puppy on today, which will come with nothing, I have a spare lead but that is about all (which is no use until she's had her vaccines) so if she comes here I will end up having to spend quite a lot I think. I can't see her be homeless at Christmas, friend rescued her from being shot but can't keep her, but won't know if she has a home or not until later today.

I spent £29 last night spent much more than this but paid for the rest with vouchers:D
I am going to tesco 2nite 2 get final little bits and bobs OH is coming and we always spend more than I want too when he's there! lol
Also gave oh £20 today to go to lidle with (I owe him another £30!)
and spent £17= £10 petrol £7 cigarettes and sweets for kids!:o

As we are going out on Christmas day to see family we are having our christmas dinner tomorrow - i shall be up early to put the turkey in. Needless to say i shall probably not log in as i will have plenty to do. So, id like to to wish all MSE-ers a very Happy Christmas and wish you all the very best for 2007.:beer:

£90 in Tesco- on presents and groceries. Plus a further £11 locally. Plus I still have to nip out for a few last-minute pressies so it's definitely not a no-spend day for me :-(

Expensive day today. Like a typical bloke i've done all my christmas shopping this morning! Spent about £330 overall. Also treated myself to a gingerbread latte at starbucks. All the presents went on my cashback credit card (get 3% back on my spending) and will be cleared completely when the statement comes in january (already got the money put aside).

Quiet night in tonight methinks!

I thought I was OK after Thursday's episode but started to feel rubbish again last night and feel rubbish again today.

It'll be a no spend day for me, I have sorted all my pressies (I think!) and we're going to my mum's for christmas dinner so don't need to panic about that either. I'm actually quite bored today!
