Entered a competition - need advice

Hi guys - not too sure ive posted this in the correct section - but couldn't find another relevant forum board
Anyhow about 8wks ago i entered a small pet competition run by a well known animal rescue. I paid an 'entry' fee to enter and was chosen as a winner. I was told my prize bundle would be posted. To cut a long story short it took nearly 5wks for this to happen.
After i confirmed my address to them, they proceeded to send the parcel out to an address that doesn't exist (they were aware this address didn't exist before they sent it). Due to their blunders they said they'd send a replacement item (this happened to be a voucher) - i declined this and expressed that i'd still like my original prize bundle as i didn't feel the 'replacement' prize held the same prize value as my original prize.
They ignored this and still sent me the replacement voucher and asked a few days later for me to confirm i'd received it. I confirmed id received it but told them i didn't want it as i felt it wasn't a suitable replacement prize.
For the last week and a half, they have ignored all messages and will not provide me with a return address for me to send the replacement voucher back to.
My question is where do i stand on this? Am i right to expect and demand my original (or an equivilent) prize?

What were the terms and conditions of the competition? Did they state that the prize could be replaced with something else? They have sent a voucher instead which would seem reasonable to me.
I think you should chalk this one up to experience - they have sent the voucher as a gesture of goodwill.0 -
There were no terms and conditions
I would have gladly accepted the 'replacement' voucher (had they not severely messed up with posting iot out to a wrong address even after they confirmed my address before even posting it out to me) - but the value of this is is less than that of my original prize. The site that the actual voucher is to be used at charges between £3.50 - £6.00 for their postage charges so in actual fact ive ended up with a 'replacement' that's worth even less than it's £10 face value (my original prize was worth between £20-£25)0 -

Crikey, there I thought we were talking about a prize of serious value.
So let me get this right, you entered a pet competition which involved an entry fee and you won a prize that you value at £25.00 but instead they sent you a voucher worth only £10.00?
So if I do some rough calculations, £25 less the £10.00 you received less the entry fee multiply by the square root of pi times 4.7...
Ah... here we go...the answer is... you are getting worked up over nothing.0
