Problems with Orange Broadband

I have Orange Broadband and I am constantly getting disconnected, I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and how they overcame it.
I have rang the support line but hang on to get answered for at least 30 mins each time and they never have the solution. I am sick of them saying the they will put a line test on and to ring back in 2 hours, last time it was 48 hours and still no solution. Can anyone give me some advise please.

i use orange broadband, and recently i set up a connection for my family in their house.
my connection has been perfect since day 1, with no downtime whatsoever - ive always been massively impressed with wanadoo/orange -despite often dodgy customer service.
when i was setting up my family members connection, i was having a similar problem as you describe - it turned out to be an additional phone line in the house where a microfilter wasnt fitted (they didnt tell me they had multiple phone points) - once that was fitted they've not had a problem since.
have you looked into this?0 -
sorry for the delay in replying but my internet was down. Thanks for the info, I have quite a few phone lines throughout the house so I will try now to put filters on them all. I only use two of them as I have cordless handsets for the other rooms, but will give this a go anyway. Thanks so much. If I have any more trouble I will get back. :T0
