Puzzled by photoshop at pc world

Can any one of the wonderful folk of mse land tell me what the difference between these two items are as I cannot get an answer out of pcworld and to me the spec looks identical but the price is not

    The cheaper one says in the requirements section: 'To install the upgrade successfully, you will need a licensed version of one of the products listed below on the same platform as this purchase.

    Adobe PhotoDeluxe®'

    So I'd assume it's an upgrade, the other is for if you don't already have the software.

    Yes, the descriptions seem identical - bar the fact that one appears to be an upgrade. Amazon wants £60 and Play.com £63

    I can get it from adobe for £55 plus postage which totals around £60 and get cash back at 6% or studica for around £39 plus postage -- has anyone used studica.com
