No, I raised a manual claim too on 9th July and not a peep either. Mind you, I'm not feeling too optimistic as I made a manual claim for a different company in mid-April and still haven't had that cashback sorted either. So I'm defo not banking on getting this... shame really, as a company as large as the Post Office should be able to sort it out, they shouldn't offer the deal if they won't honour it.

claim raised with quidco on 5th july and not a peep. I just checked, and still have claims made in 2010 that haven't had a reply!

Mine has now been confirmed on TCB although it did track originally. Ive found quidco awful for tracking cashback & actually paying out & to think they charge £5 a year too!
Hope you all get yours sorted. :)

Terms do say it takes something like 4 months to pay out, so I'm not too worried yet.
  • I haven't had any response either from PO

However I had 2 queries/claims with cash back dating bk to January, they were paid this morning, over £100 so am very happy :)

In the process quidco did not update once at all on the 2 that were paid this morning so don't expect that, hopefully it will just turn to paid
    I love a Bargain
  • I had a manual claim with Scottish friendly on Quidco and that finally got paid the other day and that went in last Oct! IT didn't seem to change to confirmed/tracked, but got paid so I know these things can take a looooong time! I am waiting for 2 manual claims for the PO card. Do we know if it helps to actually use them? I have used one of them but not the other.
  • Haven't heard anything from quidco regarding either claim FYI

Looks like Quidco are up to their usual tricks - why do people continue to use them? They charge £5 a year, do nothing at all for it, and usually pay less than Topcashback anyway.

My Topcashback tracked immediately and the wife's within a few days of making a manual claim.
  • Hello so I'm new to this... U apply 4 the topcashback credit card...? And get cash bk??? Is it only on specific items or??? X
  • I raised a manual claim with Quidco on 5th July too and never heard anything either.
    Guess its just more waiting.
