My Quidco didn't even track it :( And I was accepted straight away...

I raised a claim ages ago but didn't hear anything back... Not happy...

same here. I hope these companies not making interest by delaying/not making payment.

My main concern would be that some companies may be delaying or denying payments essentially to help their cashflow - or even to enable them to survive.

Difficult to see why TCB aren't paying out several days after the date (30 September) payment was due. Problems with TCB are becoming increasingly regular.

    Topcashback feedback thread here:

The one I applied for on Quidco is to be paid in the next run.

The one for my OH is showing as confirmed on TCB with a payable date of 31/10, but TCB are always like this and it always takes longer to pay out. I have issued with them not tracking and the claims taking ages to be sorted. On one last year they only paid me half the amount, this is the message they sent me:

    Hi there,

I'm afraid that there is virtually no likelihood that we will be able to recover the cashback that you have been expecting in response to this claim, as the merchant has not been very forthcoming in looking to resolve your claim. In such situations we can employ our 'Fair Play' policy to help ensure that there are no ill feelings towards the parties involved, can I please ask as to whether you would be prepared to accept half the cashback you have been requesting from our own pockets? Can we please re-iterate that this is really a one-off, as we simply would go out of business if we were to settle all disputes of this type in this manner.

I will not be using them again even though they have a gimmick of offering another 10%. I currently have a claim in for £2 since May. In three years of using Quidco I have no problems - I have even been paid out on stuff I didn't get.:j

I am so pleased for those of you that have received your money. :j

I applied on Quidco and wasn't expcepted straight away. I have since raised a claim.

My husband also applied, was accepted straight away and his states "tracked".

When looking into this on Quidco it states 3 months for immediate acceptance and 4 months for mine.

So am hoping my husbands will be paid end of this month. This will really help for xmas. X

There was no requirement to use the card in order to get the cashback.

Well I think that cashback in general is a bit "random". Altho out of the 20 or so deals thru TCB over the last year only 1 of mine didn't pay up (the AA).
Somewhere on their forums it says to give it up to 8 weeks after a transaction becomes payable. I'm fairly confident that this cashback for the P.O. credit card will eventually pay out.

I submitted a query for the post office cashback cos it was still showing zero. Just got an email from TCB saying they've been in touch with the post office but could take 2 - 3 MONTHS to sort out. Not happy :(
Just to win anything would be great!!
  • Post Office Credit Card £50 Cash Back - DECLINED!! Watch out about this as I applied through Quidco and the Post Office has declined my cash back!!
I have tried to talk to them and they just say that my application wasn't tracked so no payment is due.
This is rubbish and an easy cop-out they use not to pay people.
Make sure you keep ALL correspondence and keep your fingers crossed!! Good luck.
