Judging how popular Kerry is by these posts, it's no wonder Iceland have reduced her book to £5. Give it a couple of months and iceland will be paying people to take them away.

) was referring to the preponderance of refined sugar & flour, excessive amounts of salt and hydrogenated fats that are commonly found in "ready meals" rather than an organic diatribe.
At least that's the way I read it.
There is also a good argument to be made that organic farming is bad for the environment so who knows.
Kerry? A pointless irrelevance but indicative of the world we live in.
