Has anybody had success with Natwest recently?

My complaint has been in since November last year.
Had one of those extra time letters last week.
Just wondered how others are getting on with Nastywest????

Hi I have not had dealings with them myself, but have you also checked on the above success thread as well?

i had my settlement posted through on saturday, my claim was submiitted in july last year so almost to the year before i get the final result.
