Has anybody else experienced difficulty (over 90minutes wait)contacting SP by telephone?
All I can hope is the log jam is caused by people like me leaving in droves!

I had no problem at all getting through - maybe they have different call centres around the country? I spent ages on the phone with this lady trying to get me to change to this tarriff that she said would save me money...told her I'd think about it. Worked it out and found it would cost me MORE. Not happy LOL0

Never have a problem,never have to wait more than 3-4 minutes.0

Shortest wait has been around 90 minutes, longest 4 hours.
I always request a callback, but it isn't always convenient to be call many hours later!0
