Service plan - paperwork?
I have a service plan with Toyota (through EMAC) and my car went in today for a 60,000 mile service. This is my first service under the plan. I got the car back with an invoice for the MOT and the two tyres I needed, but the only paperwork I have in relation to the service is the fact that they've stamped the relevant section in my service schedule book.
I don't know if I'm being overly fussy, but I was expecting to get an invoice for the service showing all the parts used as per the manufacturers service specs, but with no charge to me.
Is it usual under a service plan not to get an invoice or anything? I suppose the stamp in the book shows that the service has been done, but I feel a bit uneasy that I didn't get any other paperwork. Is this normal with service plans, and I am worrying about nothing?
TIA

You are being overly fussy. The stamp is sufficient.0

Apparently it does happen with service plans. I would ask them if they can give you a printoff of the work done and parts used. A stamp in a book doesn't mean much in a few years when you come to sell it. But then again, the deater can still confirm the services then if the buyer wants to check.0
