caravan and housing benefit

my ? ive seen a person advertising a static caravan for rent on a holiday park, open 11mths of year and park owners are ok for people to occupy for as long as its open ,the person ie landlady said i can live in her caravan for that time, im on j s a at moment, can i get housing benefit to pay for the rent until i find employment ? i can stay at my sisters when the park is shut? the person is asking 350pnds a month rent,????

The best place to ask would be your Local Housing Authority to ensure that you can get them before you move. If you are on your own though and the caravan has more than one bedroom you will not get it all and some may be taken off also due to the cap in place.“How people treat you becomes their karma; how you react becomes yours.”0

You could end up in a sticky situation with the site, as the caravan yes the site is open for 11 months, but they are only sold on as holiday home, not a place of residence, which would happen if you moved in.xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
