£65,000 lump sum help/suggestions

Hello,

Looking for advise really this money is my mums which she has ask me to invest/save

she is living with partner currently and working at a national supermarket

i would appreciate any suggestions how to slpit this up and get reasonable returns

my thinking so far
cash isa £5340
stocks n shares isa £5340
emergency fund 6months wages
self invested personal pension - shall i put a lump sum into this?
normal savings account

very confused at what to go for and how to decide on what shares to purchase ect...

National savings index linked certs for £15,000 is good bet too if she is low to medium risk

You shouldnt be purchasing direct shares with such a small amount - use a low cost tracker fund
