Withholding rent

You shouldn't be getting mould due to humidity this time of year, there must be something wrong with the building that is allowing moisture to penetrate it ie roof, guttering, bricks (old) etc. Dont withhold any money you may get evicted

Unfortunately they don't do txts otherwise I'd prefer doing that. Based in the Wirral area.
