Item not as described?

What should I do.. it's clear the seller has received it, but they're just stalling.

AS you have a case open upload the tracking and point out to paypal that the item has been returned and your refund should now be made.

Thanks soolin, but how do i do that? my case is open within ebay not paypal, and it only gives me the option to close the case or add a message. Apparently the case has to be open for 10 days before they take over.
I did upload the tracking number on the 19th.

Sorry I've never seen an ebay case so I don't know how they work. Maybe try phoning ebay and explaining that tracking shows delivery?

ok thanks. I have emailed ebay and explained.
If they go in the sellers favour, can I also do a paypal dispute, or would it be too late?

I can't believe this seller is saying it's not his signature, when clearly someone has signed for this (with the same surname as his) at his address!

You won't be able to open another case, if the tracking is showing delivered though you should win.
