Administration Order classed as an IVA?

Hi All,

I'm a little confused so hopefully someone can help me out here!

I have a CCJ though the county court for about £800. I had a few other small debts that all totaled way below the 5k threshold for an IVA so the courts set me up an Administration order.

I was paying £x amount to the court all and well and then to cut a long story short a year into it i had to reduce the payments by £20 a month.
Which was accepted all and well.

Now looking at my credit report it is showing 2 IVA's !?

1 looks like the administration order from when I first started it and the other looks like from when the payments changed amount.

so obviously i am concerned about this as first of all its not an IVA (or is it!?) and then 2nd it is obviously showing up twice on my credit report and now looks like another year before that one drops off!

I wrote to my county court and sent them all this information and proof asking them if they could at least 'satisfy' the 1st IVA. so that it was only showing 1 outstanding but they have written back to me saying they have nothing to do with the credit reports and nothing I can do!

Any help or advise would be much appriciated

Many thanks
Holly

Its not a IVA but it is a formal type of insolvency like IVA's bankruptcies and DRO's, IE the court accepting that you are unable to pay your debts, needless to say, this is going to affect your ability to get credit
