Wrong ITV channel from Sky dish

She said it was OK for a few weeks but then changed. She no longer subscribes to sky. Others in her block of flats are non subscribers now too and they are off the same dish but they do not have this problem.
Just a though. As she no longer subscribes to Sky has she removed the Sky card and has the box had a power cut. As with no sky viewing card inserted the Sky box loads up BBC1 London and ITV1 Central as the default regions. So does she also have BBC 1 London on 101?0
