EHIC and Google

I can't believe I got caught by this old scam!
If you put EHIC into Google it produces two sponsored links at the top of the page which charge £15 for renewing the EHIC card.
Just below that is the nhs link where it can be done for free.
Reading previous forum items on this subject, I thought that the OFT had closed these sites down but seemingly not!

    I can't believe that I too have just fallen victim to this. Is this a complete scam and if so do I need to apply again on the nhs site? Also is there any chance of recouping money?
