    Hi Lemsip
    In respect of Chilcare vouchers i can't see them being able to take these funds, reason being they are processed by your employer and are exempt from National Insurance contributions. If they were to take thes funds they would have to be returned to your employer who would then have to re-calculate your weekly/monthly salary at the point each amount was processed. My guess and it is only a guess you would be required to use these funds to pay for childcare instead of account for childcare in your allowance. Only your IP can really resolve this for you.
