    They might have set it a little lower initially as it's the summer. I wouldn't worry too much about it, you will only end up paying for the energy you use so just go with whichever deal you feel is best for your circumstances :)

    Thank you, you have been very kind answering my silly questions : )

    We are thinking of going with a fixed price one even though it's more expensive than the one recommended on the comparison site. But it is so much more than we are paying now so I'm unsure about it. It will be about £30 more a month than we were paying until 1st July..... So difficult to decide.

    We have moved from Eon to EDF fixed saver 2
    received the contract this morning, I wasn't happy with them asking £107 month when I have been paying £75 to EON
    I phoned the 0800 number, had to listen to music for 30 minutes,finally answered, I told them I wasn't happy and was asked how much I wanted to pay and he agreed on £75 month, obviously it will have to be monitored with my readings.
