new laptop not recognising creative zen 20gb

hello,

got a new laptop 2 months ago and have been trying to transfer music onto my creative zen 20gb mp3 player without success.
Media player doesn't recognise the player at all. When I go into my computer it comes up with the name creative zen but has a yellow exclamation mark - when I go into it further it says that there is a problem with the drivers.
I have gone onto the creative website to try to download drivers for the mp3 player but cannot find them. The player is around 8-10 years old now and isn't on their list.
Any ideas what I can do?

Which Zen have you got?

It is the creative zen touch (20 gb).
When I click into it on the link you gave it tells me that -

The product you have selected has been classified as 'End of Service Life'.

Any ideas?

At a guess the creative organiser suite would be needed

Tried both of these downloads but the zen is still not recognised by the laptop.
