Paypal cant pay by bank transfer

I paid for some items from ebay last week by bank transfer which was no problems but i have just tried to pay for a item again on ebay and it would not let me pay by bank transfer but only by debit card or credit card.
What is the reason for this as i have 2 bank accounts set up on my paypal account as well as my debit card?
