The prize winner and runners-up will be notified by email and/or telephone within 7 days of the prize draw. If no response is received within a further 7 days, Warner will take reasonable steps to contact the winner and/or runners-up again. If the winner and/or runners-up are not able, for whatever reason, to accept their prize or fail to claim their prize within 30 days of the date of the prize draw, then Warner reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
8. There is one main prize consisting of: Return flights from London to New York, return airport to hotel transfers, 3 night’s hotel with breakfast, private location tour and travel insurance. The prize does not include anything not detailed above, including, without limitation, any spending money or taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the prize. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of any third party service providers used to supply the prize, including but not limited to the below:
a. Dates of travel are 15th January – 31st March 2012 excluding national/school UK & US holidays.
b. Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative, and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
c. Prize is based on 2 people travelling.
d. Flights are economy class, departing from London.
e. Return airport transfers in New York included.
f. Hotel will be 4 star accommodation for 3 nights and based on 2 people sharing 1 room. Breakfast is included.
g. Location Tour will be in a private sedan car, visiting the locations from the show.
h. All those travelling must have valid passports and applicable Visas/permissions and are responsible for online registration of the US Immigration ESTA. https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/
i. At least one person travelling must be over 18.
j. If the winner is under 18 then the guest must be their parent or guardian.
k. A credit card or cash deposit for incidentals will be requested by the hotel at check in.
l. Travel insurance will be included.
m. Any potential winner and their proposed guest will be required to sign a prize
acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize.
9. There are 10 runner-up prizes, each to consist of one standard definition DVD of Gossip Girl Season 4.

Sorry to bump.I was just looking at bumping this comp at midnight when I spotted this FB comp,that refers back to this comp.

Any opinions on if it is the same comp.I do not use FB very often so did not notice it posted
