Well i dont believe it !! After cancelling the directory on monday i now have a Vip slot for friday 6am . Most things will be gone i know but happy to look .;)

You can definately use quickshop, I have always used this and its always worked fine. Items do go out of stock whilst your shopping, but it will show you in your final shopping bag. The site is usually very slow, I have read that people have had all sorts of probs with VIP sale - system crashing, bag emptying! You will probably need to be patient, although there are times when its run perfectly ok. Happy shopping

Great! you won't believe how much there is and how quickly it goes! Be ready for a scrum. The site will be slow but it has not crashed on me to date.
You can definitely use quick shop.
Yes items disappear from your shopping basket so check out asap.

I will check out couple of times then and call them after. I found them to be O.K. about repeating delivery charges (though that wasn't in sale).

Got a VIP slot first time ever - though don't hold out much hope as not till 6am Friday.

I have preloaded my basket. Does anyone know if I will be able to just log in and use the same basket or will it all disappear?

Had my VIP invite through the post and on the card it confirms that the sale starts in stores on Saturday 16th July at 5am at most stores.

Any items in your basket now empties after 20 minutes of inactivity (ie not adding anything to your shopping bag).
