Wow. I got a slot for Thurs at 9am. So do I log in at 9am??? Does the VIP sale start on Wed? I'm scared everything I want will be gone by the time I log in.

I have a slot booked for tomorrow night at 6pm so just went on to look at the preview and its gone!!! cant see it anywhere?? is it just mine???

just got an e-mail telling me I'm NOT eligible for a VIP slot, and also they won't send me a directory this autumn, unless I ring to request it?? :huh:

Is there anywhere that the courier can leave any parcels? There is a drop down menu on the delivery details screen where you can request that any parcels are left; I always ask for mine to be left in the garage which my courier does everytime.
