Hi, I am a 3 customer. Until today I am unable to use a 3 sim card in my phone.
The phone is unlocked and other network sim card appear to work fine. Orange and o2.
If I use my sim in another phone 3 phone it appears to work. Yet I am just unable to use my 3 sim or any 3 sim in this phone.
If I go the network selection again all other networks appear apart from 3!!
The Phone was supplied as a replacement by an insurer.
Any Idea's?

When you use another sim go into network settings and see if there's an option to "search for a network" or something like that!
That will show what Mobile networks the phone can see.
If "THREE" or "3" does not show up look here:
http://www.three.co.uk/Help_Support/Coverage to see if you're in a black spot.
If not then their might be something up with the Sims you are using.
Give "Three" a quick call and see if they have a suggestion.Laters

Hi, I have a 3 buisness phone. That has full reception. It was only up until yesterday when the C7 would not recognise the network.
If I try the sim from the c7 into the buisness phone it works.
The o2 sim works straight away but does if I try what you suggest the 3 network does not appear if I search for it.
Tried 3 they will not help as the phone is not from them.0 -
You'll need to speak to the insurers then who supplied you with the phone.Estate Agent, Web Designer & All Round Geek!0
