problems with capital one

hi everyone just looking for some advice really

here is the story:

i have had my capital one card for over 4 years now in jul 10 i moved house and rang them that day to tell them my new address after 2 months of not getting statements (i thought the first month might just be an accident or something) i rang them and tried to ask about why my statements werent arriving they asked me to get through the security checks when i gave them my address and it was wrong they said no so i tried my old address but they said no to that too

because i cant talk to them i cant do anything with my account it has now been tooing and froing between capital one and 3 collections agencies non of whom will talk to me because i dont know the address on the account i havent paid anything in over a year because when i ring up to pay it wont accept my card (no idea why works for everyone else think it might be the address thing) and i cant talk to anyone to pay because they wont talk to me

any help would be greatly appreciated

I would write to the office quoting your old address and your new one, also include proof of new address and tell them the situation.

Also make sure your new address is updated on the electoral roll.

It's a little odd that your old address isn't working for the questions though.
