This is a praise, I had a really good transaction with them, I had a car I wanted to get rid of, had tried autotrader and signs in the car but to no avail so decided to get a price of their website and it came back about £100 less than I advertised it for so I took it to the place knowing full well that other problems would be found but the upshot is I sold it for the same price to them as I would have sold privately and the money is as guaranteed as it can be.
If you struggle to sell your car then may as well give them a go and there was no pressure selling at the place I went.

To be honest I'm not sure what people are expecting from these sorts of companies. That they're going to pay 5 grand for a car worth 5 grand?
What business would operate like that?
