Beetroot shines pans!

Had been cooking up some beetroot. I left the pan to soak and what emerged was a really shiny pan. So I took a tiny smidgen of cooked beetroot and rubbed it round another pan, left it a while then soaked it a while. Result two glossy pans with that just new sheen!

I hope they're not alumnium pans for your sake, otherwise I would anticipate a diagnosis of pre-senile dementia! (Only joking).
Seriously though, apples and rhubarb will do the same. It's the acidity, you know.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
