Meter problem
hallo, yesterday I got £10 worth of electric, comes in two little cards with black stripes on them, when I got home I put them both in and it only put £5 on! I tried telling the shop owner but he said I couldn't prove it and could be lying, which is fair enough I suppose.. Is there a number I can ring? I'm with Scottish Power, and we have a card thing you give in when you get the little cards so I assume it keeps some kind of record?

Scottish Power's number is 0845 2700 700 .
Although the meter didn't give you the credit, the money will still be on your account with them. They'll probably send you a cheque.0
